• The towns of Salih (Mada’in Saleh) with their Nabataean graveyards
• The Islamic archaeological sites in Makkah and Madinah

Architecture and the plastic arts also receive considerable support from the Government, which has established several institutes built in accordance with Islamic architectural and stylistic conventions.
