The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz sent a cable of congratulations to the United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan on his re-election as Secretary General of World Organization for a second term.

King Fahd expressed his best wishes of good health and success to Annan to achieve safety, security and stability in the international arena.
