The number of cold water packs donated by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz and distributed to pilgrims today, the first day of the blessed Eid al Adha, in Mina area reached 397,500, it was reported.

This was stated to the Saudi Press Agency by Acting Director General of the Authority of Aater and Sanitary Drainage in Makkah region, Khalid bin Abdulqadir Al-Badri.

Al-Badri said the quantity of water coming from the public network and consumed by the pilgrims on the same day in Mina region reached 160,000 cubic meters.
