The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz has issued an order to host one thousand Muslims from Asia, America, Europe and others, at his own expense, to facilitate the performance of the Hajj rituals this year.

Within the framework of the King's order, the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance is implementing the program.

The Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance, Sheikh Salih bin Abdul Aziz bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh, who is also the General Supervisor of the program, told the Saudi Press Agency that King Fahd's gesture came within a series of noble deeds that he has been undertaking in the service of Islam and Muslims and in support of Muslim minorities.

He noted that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under its wise leadership, is a pioneering country for the Islamic call, carrier of the banner of serving Muslims and custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.

Al-Sheikh added that the Kingdom's great interest in the service of Muslims emanated from the wise policy followed by the late King Abdul Aziz since the foundation of the Kingdom.
