Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz has ordered supply of half-a-million copies of the Holy Quran in different sizes, translated into various languages, to Dawa (Call) Centers and associated offices which engage in Islamic awareness programs for Muslim communities all around the Kingdom.
This was announced by Minister of Islamic Affairs, Endowments, Call and Guidance Sheikh Saleh bin Abdul Aziz Al-Sheikh, who is also the General Supervisor of the Madinah-based King Fahd Complex for Printing the Holy Quran.
Sheikh Saleh said the distribution of these copies of the Holy Quran which are published at the King Fahd Complex, reflected the Saudi monarch's keenness to provide the Holy Quran to Muslims to link them with their religion and its teachings and generate awareness about this noble faith.
