![]() ![]() ![]() Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques donates money to Saudi Red Crescent
Riyadh, 1st February, 2000
Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud donated two million and nine hundred thousand Riyals to support the activities and the work of the Saudi Red Crescent association and enable it to acquire ambulances equipped with the most advanced medical equipment and supplies for emergency medical services, according to the chairman of the association Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdul Aziz Al-Sweilim. Al-Sweilim thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for this gracious humanitarian initiative. He added that this gracious gesture is a continuation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' great efforts to help the association in performing its humanitarian endeavors and fulfilling its goals. Al-Sweilim noted that this generous support will make an effective contribution to the development of emergency medical services provided for the community.
