The Government of Saudi Arabia has followed with increasing alarm the situation in the province of Kosovo, and in particular the plight of hundreds of thousands of civilian refugees. The Saudi Government has expressed its total sympathy for the Kosovan refugees and has condemned unequivocally the Serbian aggression.

In response to this tragic crisis, the government of Saudi Arabia has sent two planes loaded with food, blankets and tents and more additional supplies to the Republic of Albania to ease the refugee crisis there.

The Saudi Government also has announced that more aid is underway and that it will spare no political or humanitarian efforts which could help the refugees.
