06/04/1999 King Fahd hosts guest-pilgrims from Bosnia Herzegovina

A group of 162 guest-pilgrims of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, from Bosnia Herzegovina started leaving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their home countries on Friday after performing Hajj at the personal expense of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Fahd Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud.

Among the Bosnian pilgrims were the prime minister of theRepublic of Bosnia Herzegovina, Adham Bigakgetsh and a number of senior military and civil officials. The prime minister, on behalf of the Bosnian president and the people of Bosnia and himself, has expressed thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy. He also expressed his appreciation to Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region and Chairman of the Higher Committee, for collecting donations for the Muslims of Bosnia Herzegovina to provide the great facilities and arrangements which the pilgrims of Bosnia enjoyed from the first moment of their arrival. In a statement upon his departure at Prince Mohammad Bin Abdulaziz airport in Madinah, he praised the success of the Hajj season and the efforts of the Kingdom, its government and people, to facilitate the pilgrimage by all means for all pilgrims.
