Riyadh-based Al-Jazeera newspaper lauded the SR20 million donation extended by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, to the unit of artificial kidneys in Riyadh and said "this generous donation, which was not the first of its kind, has provided a clear evidence of the great attention being given by King Fahd to the economic and social development in the country".
