While praising the excellent services rendered to the pilgrims this year by the responsible agencies, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz, expressed his profound sorrow for the sad loss of lives caused by congestion and stampede during the ritual at Mina.
King Fahd implored various governments, organizations and individuals alike to heed with greater attention and regard the directives and regulations formulated by the Saudi authorities for the sake of safety and comfort of the pilgrims.
