A distinguishing feature of King Fahd’s public life has been his evidently clear concern for children and young people. He has often referred to the people of the Kingdom as its true wealth. Its young people are its future wealth and King Fahd has shown through his actions a genuine conviction that it is the duty of the Government and society to do all in their power to ensure that young people are brought up in a decent society which clearly distinguishes between right and wrong.
